A New Blend of Taste for Adobong Kangkong

Prepare the usual estimated ingredients for adobong kangkong like minced garlic, diced onion, soy sauce and kangkong. For added ingredients you can add some ground pork and pork stock. If your wondering why is it no vinegar, its just that in my province, we don't use vinegar in what the Tagalogs called "Adobo". So, for the new blend of taste just put some oyster sauce. Cook it the usual way. Sautee the garlic and onions in a pan with any cooking oil you like but for additional aroma use an olive oil. Add the pork and put some black pepper then allow the pork to turn brown for a few minutes. Add a cup of water then put the pork stock, soy sauce and the oyster sauce and wait for it to boil. I suggest to easily dissolve the pork stock, crush it first until it becomes powder. Don't forget to put some umami seasoning (MSG) to add some luscious taste. Put the kangkong in the boiling pan and cook it for about 1-2 minutes. There you go! A new blend of taste for ADOBONG KANGKONG.
